Q) How long will it take to get my pictures back?

A) Usually around 3 weeks is the short answer, I will be able to give you a more accurate timeline or date after we discuss a date, some sessions, such as events take longer to edit, because I will be shooting for longer. I usually figure about an hour and a half without technical difficulties to every hour of shooting I do. For example if I shoot a 3 hour session I will usually have around 4 and half to 5 hours of editing.

Q) Why does it take you so long to edit photos?

A) I understand you are excited to post photos from tournaments, and race days but I take the time to go through the photos I took, editing them to my style and masking sure you are receiving my best work as an artist, and professional for what your paying.

Q) Do you shoot weddings?

A) No, I do not. I specialize in sports and events occasionally dabbling in portraits, I will not photograph weddings. They are not something I am confident or comfortable photographing.

A) I totally understand things happen, kids get sick. We can usually reschedule, and I will do my best to reschedule your sessions as soon as possible.

Q) Am I allowed to print the photos that you deliver to me?

A) Yes of course, I love to see my photos printed. You can actually order them directly from the gallery link. I don’t recommend printing them off at your local Pharmacy or Grocery Store, as they sometimes distort the colors or crop them.

Q) Do you work with a second shooter?

A) I don’t usually work with a second shooter, or videographer, that being said I don’t mind working with a second shooter or videographer. If you would life to have a second shooter at your event, I can definitely reach out to a few people, or I can recommend you to some other photographers who already have a second shooter or team.

A) Professionally I have been doing this since Oct 2020. Playing around with a camera off and on since I was little.

Q) Do you deliver raw files?

A) No, I don’t. If I was to give you RAW files it would be delivering my artwork unfinished. The session and composition are a big part of my artwork but the editing is where a lot of the final touches, and art comes from.

Q) What equipment do you use?

A) I grew up shooting Nikon, I was able to try both a Nikon and a Cannon before purchasing my own camera, and I shoot a Nikon D3500, with my 70-300mm lens, most the time, occasionally 18-50mm, and just recently adding a older lens my 18-200mm. That one is not great at handling low light, I would love to upgrade my gear to a Nikon 750 or a Sony at some point.

Q) What is Trading/ Bartering? And why do you use it?

A) Trading is exchanging a service or product for a service or product from the other party. Example would be in exchange of me providing the service of a branding photoshoot for Amy. She will pay me in honey from the bee hive she keeps. Secondly I want to implement this in my business because it is a more local community mindset, and teaches you to use the things around you and the skills you have. Each service and item will specify if it is eligible for batting and trading or not.
